How is this different from the big bus tour?
Same famous locations, but only your group, with pickup at your hotel, time to take photos without crowds and a guide who answers your questions.
Can you pick us up outside Salzburg?
Yes. We also run this tour from Kitzbühel, Bad Gastein, Schladming and Mayrhofen; see the tours below.
Is it suitable for children and grandparents?
Very much. The walks are short and flat, and child seats are free on request.
Where do you pick us up?
At your hotel, holiday flat or any address in Salzburg at the start time you choose (tours from the ski resorts, Linz or Munich start at your accommodation there). Pickup from Salzburg Airport or the main station is possible on request, just tell us when you book.
How do I book and pay?
Pick a tour, a date and the number of guests and send a booking request. There is nothing to pay at that point. We check availability and confirm by email or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours, and then send you the payment details. Your booking is fixed once we have confirmed it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If we have to cancel, for example because of dangerous road conditions, you get a full refund.
