Alpine Tours Salzburg
Booking terms
Draft: the company details below are still being completed.
1. Scope
These terms apply to private tours booked directly with Alpine Tours Salzburg through this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
2. Booking request and contract
Sending a booking request through the website is not yet a binding booking. A contract is concluded only when we confirm your request in writing (email or WhatsApp). We reply as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown when you send the request applies. Group prices are for the whole group, per-person prices are per guest. Prices include the vehicle, your guide, fuel, parking and road tolls, plus the tickets named on the tour page. Other entrance fees, food and drinks are not included. Payment details are sent with our confirmation; the price is due before the tour unless agreed otherwise.
4. Cancellation by you
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. If you cancel later or do not show up, the full price is due. Changes of date or start time are free of charge subject to availability.
5. Cancellation or changes by us
If we have to cancel a tour, for example because of dangerous road or weather conditions, you receive a full refund or a new date of your choice. If an attraction, cable car or boat is closed on the day, your guide offers an alternative and any ticket included in the price that cannot be used is refunded.
6. Pickup, timing and conduct
Please be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time. Travel times depend on traffic; the times shown are approximate. Tours that cross into Germany require a valid passport or ID card for every guest. Please tell us about children (child seats are free on request), mobility needs or other special requirements when you book.
7. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for personal injury in accordance with statutory provisions. We are not liable for services of third parties that you book or pay for on site.
8. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
