Is the tour really private?
Yes. Every tour is private: only you and the people you book with travel in the vehicle, with your own guide. There are no other guests, no fixed coach stops and no waiting for strangers.
Where do you pick us up?
At your hotel, holiday flat or any address in Salzburg at the start time you choose (tours from the ski resorts, Linz or Munich start at your accommodation there). Pickup from Salzburg Airport or the main station is possible on request, just tell us when you book.
How do I book and pay?
Pick a tour, a date and the number of guests and send a booking request. There is nothing to pay at that point. We check availability and confirm by email or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours, together with a secure payment link: pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through SumUp. Your booking is fixed once we have confirmed it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If we have to cancel, for example because of dangerous road conditions, you get a full refund.
Which languages do your guides speak?
All tours are guided in English or German.
Are entrance tickets included?
Where a tour says "Tickets included" (for example the Skywalk funicular, the salt mine or the Königssee boat), the tickets for every guest are in the price. On other tours, optional tickets are paid on site and your guide helps you buy them.
We are a family with small children. Is that okay?
Very welcome. Child and infant seats are free on request; tell us the ages when you book. Strollers and wheelchairs fit too, just let us know in advance.
What happens in bad weather?
The Alps are beautiful in every weather and the tours run in rain and snow. If a cable car, boat or attraction closes on the day, your guide offers an alternative and any ticket that cannot be used is refunded.
We are more than 7 people. Can you take us?
Yes. One vehicle takes up to 7 guests; for larger groups we send two vehicles. Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your group size and date.
Can we change the route?
Within reason, yes. It is your private day, so your guide can add a photo stop, spend longer where you love it or skip a stop. For bigger changes, such as a different destination, write to us before the day.
